My original contact was with Brian Kaiser. Brian was very responsive and helpful. Brian referred me to Joe at the fleet shop but when I got there, Tony Bonamigo helped me. Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had some specific questions/requests so he introduced me to the painter Meesa(sp?). Meesa was knowledgeable and helpful as well. Tony provided estimate quickly and got me scheduled right away. Tony was excellent with communications all along the way. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Overall I am very happy and would recommend Classic Collision fleet repair shop to others.

And Tony communicated with me very well and was always positive even when it meant receiving multiple calls from me and when we would return our vehicle for continued issues. Returning it with the TPMS lit up is not good. What was/is horrible is returning it with the airbag system disabled? Person who delivered it back had to see the instrument panel warnings? How can it be dropped off and not say anything?
