We were highly satisified with the quality of what they did on our vehicle. What they lacked in their process of customer service was letting us know what the delay in getting it done was. No one notified us why it took three weeks when we were promised no more than a week. When we picked up the vehicle the service representative told us that we should have received weekly updates. They verified our contact information and it was correct.
