I understand with the times were in that its difficult to line up parts etc. so I don't have a problem on how long it took to repair the Honda. to me the repairs were done as fast as possible. However after having the Honda for that length of time a proper front end aliment couldn't have been done since the car pulled hard to the left. However we took the car right back and it was properly aligned.

My car took a little bit longer than expected, but I’m sure due to the snow. My car was returned to me with a funky smell almost like pet or urine type smell a part still has a green mark on it as well, which tell me they didn’t fully touch up my car in the paint department.

I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your detailing job and you took items from my cab and put in my bed to get SOAKED and ruined. There's still glass fragments everywhere. Floorboards are still wet, you have literally had a month to take care of basic stuff, like glass removal and property protection.

My car looks amazing! You can see your face in the paint, it’s so shiny! I felt terrible dropping my car off after a 12 hour road trip in the snow, covered in dirt and debris. The exterior was washed and shined, the interior was vacuumed and carpets washed, it smelled clean! They also handled most of the work with the rental company, making it an easy transition.

Classic Collision returned my car to me without repairing it… the manager told me they weren’t completely confident that they could perform a quality repair (peeling clear coat finish on a hard-top Mazda MX5), so he preferred that they don’t do it at all. This was a bit disappointing as The estimator seemed confident that the repair was not in any way unusual.
