I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your detailing job and you took items from my cab and put in my bed to get SOAKED and ruined. There's still glass fragments everywhere. Floorboards are still wet, you have literally had a month to take care of basic stuff, like glass removal and property protection.

My car looks amazing! You can see your face in the paint, it’s so shiny! I felt terrible dropping my car off after a 12 hour road trip in the snow, covered in dirt and debris. The exterior was washed and shined, the interior was vacuumed and carpets washed, it smelled clean! They also handled most of the work with the rental company, making it an easy transition.

Classic Collision returned my car to me without repairing it… the manager told me they weren’t completely confident that they could perform a quality repair (peeling clear coat finish on a hard-top Mazda MX5), so he preferred that they don’t do it at all. This was a bit disappointing as The estimator seemed confident that the repair was not in any way unusual.

It has to come back because the bumper was not perfectly aligned with repair. Though I'm thankful they are quick to fix the issue, I still wish it had been caught prior to notifying me it was finished. I was very clear I didn't want it rushed to be finished. All that being said, Caitlyn has been great to work with. The front office staff you have there are fabulous. Hopefully the next visit will resolve my repair and I'll be completely satisfied.
