The repair looks great. The gentleman who gave me my original quote (I can’t think of his name) was great and answered all my questions. Jessica at the front desk was also fantastic, made sure I was satisfied and even brought back into the shop to fix a minor issue I wasn’t even being seen for. All and all great service and a great team. Thank you for all your help!

Had my 2021 Tesla Model 3 repaired here after a rear-end collision, and overall a solid experience. The front desk team was fantastic — attentive, addressed every concern I had, and kept me in the loop throughout. The repair did take a bit longer than originally quoted, but they communicated well and it wasn't a dealbreaker. Paint match was very close, though not 100% perfect — to be fair, matching Tesla white is notoriously tricky, so I don't fault them much for that. One suggestion: the rental through Enterprise couldn't provide anything comparable to my Tesla (no EV options), which made the loaner period a bit of a downgrade. It'd be great if Cole's could offer their own loaner fleet with at least one EV option for customers driving Teslas or other EVs. Overall, professional shop with good communication — would return when needed.
