Thank you for the work that was done to my vehicle. It was fast and professional. However, I had time to test drive it and found that my air conditioner was not functioning properly. It's not blowing cool air anymore. It worked before, during, and after the accident. Now, the fan works, but it's not blowing cold air.

One of the best auto collision shops to take your car. The workers called and also gave updates when our car would be finished and ready for pick up. Never was a wait time to talk to anyone. My experience started with another shop in Rochester, and went completely wrong. My truck was moved to Coles in Colonie , and everything was corrected by them . I had constant communication and was informed of the situation step by step. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was very friendly but professional . Jessica , who always answered the phone and was able to give me information. James , who always texting me and would call me with updates . He explained anything I didn’t understand. Then I received a call from Ricky , who asked if he could help with fixing something on my truck before I picked it up .. he was so nice ! My truck looked brand new , actually better than when I bought it when I picked it up . 10/10 experience with the staff They really helped turn a very bad situation around, and made me feel like the drive from Rochester to Albany was worth it! I recommend Coles in Colonie 100%
