I picked up my car on Saturday 6/27 and part of the bumper wasn’t fully attached. The lady at the desk said she was by herself that day and to come back during the week when the technician was there. I also noticed today 6/28 that there was a piece hanging underneath the car. I do not know what it is

Joy was such a delight with all communications from telephone calls, texts, to helping with insurance explanation and her knowledge of rental car is an absolute plus! I truly had the best experience with the entire process. The repair work was done like no other. My car is in perfect condition. They cleaned it inside and out. What a surprise. I'll be telling everyone that my Crash Champions is the only place to trust and go. Everything was an excellent experience and I'm so thankful for you being so close.
