The communication during the repairs of my vehicle was outstanding!!! They kept me informed every step of the way!!! When advised of my work/sleep schedule, they were able to get my vehicle completed a day early!!! They washed my car and even cleaned the inside, which was very brave on their part!!! 🥴 I will definitely recommend Crash Champions to all my friends and family!!!

Minor correction on bumper alignment was fixed upon inspection but it did delay pickup slightly.

Appreciated the text follow up, clear communication and expectation setting. No concerns with the people or customer service. However, the location has a terrible musty/mold problem that is highly noticeable and highly likely it is dangerous to the employees health who work there. Significant mold remediation necessary and likely hvac tune up as indoor humidity was terrible. I might consider a different Crash Champions location as a result.
