Even though insurance totaled my car so I wasn’t able to get the repair done through Crash Champions - what experience I did have with them was amazing. They really care about customer service. I was able to quickly and easily drop it off. They took photos and started a file for me with my claim information and answered my calls every time. They made it easy to handle the vehicle once insurance confirmed it was a loss and they helped me through each step of the process. Though I did not get repair work done I can tell you they truly go above and beyond for their customers and they are amazing to work with. They will always be my first call if I need any repair work.
