I would rate this experience 3 stars out of 5. The staff is friendly but forgetful. I was sent text message update about when my car would be ready, but the dates provided were not correct. I called frequently to speak with my advisor and he was always out to lunch at the time I called and no one else was able to give me updates. I assume if you’re going to text someone an estimated day that their car would be ready and it’s not you would give them a call with another update. I also requested two other things to be serviced into and they were forgotten about when I was told they were going to be serviced. I picked up my car and two days later the battery was dead. It was a nice touch that they detailed and cleaned out my car which I appreciate but the other things that happen effects my rating.

I would not. The staff is nice but never returned any of my phone calls. They kept my car for 2 1/2 weeks, promised to fix other things not related to my accident and those things were forgotten about. I got text updates about when my car was expected to be ready but it was not on those days and no one called to inform me. I've had to call them every single time to find out the status. Crash Champions returned my car with a dead battery and they do not want to return my calls about it. Trying to tell me its an older battery, it does not matter you had my car for that long and the battery died. That is 100% on you. I got rear ended & that's why i went to Crash champions and now it costed me $280 for a battery.

There is a chip in the headlight on the driver side near the impact area that was not repaired and an edge just under the headlight that is very sharp and noticeably different than the area under the passenger side headlight. Also, the hood of the automobile does not seem to be equally spaced on the driver side and passenger side. Other than that, I was very satisfied they were very timely, very professional and courteous, and a good company to deal with. I would definitely recommend them going forward.

Staff, especially Angel, worked with me on all the details of bringing the car in and arranging for a rental car. Had to reschedule things more than once because I was unexpectedly in and out of the hospital. So nice about my circumstances.
