My car ac is making a noise once I picked it back up, it never made when i dropped it off I’m assuming some leaves or something is clogging it from sitting outside but I will definitely let them know but other than that these are some extremely nice people they did a awesome job on my Malibu appreciate u Josh an your team, I definitely will be back hopefully I don’t need too

From the time that I arrived to the time I picked up my SUV, the service has been excellent and exceptional!!! I can't say enough about the employees that work there. Even my vehicle was returned to me just like I bought it from the dealership in 2020, brand new!!! The detailing was DETAILED inside and out, it looked Brand New Again and the workmanship was exceptional!!! Everyone made me feel welcome and valued. The owner even gave me excellent advice about not removing my handicapped tag to place in the rental since I didn't jave a placard at that time. I pray that I won't be in another accident...CRASH CAMPIONS IS VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! (I went to the one on Bartholf Ave in Jacksonville, FL...)

I would be the one who has to call for updates and Cynthia would consistently tell me about how she was so busy and that people had quit. I do not feel this is good customer service. I don’t need to know this. I need to know that my truck was getting fixed.
