Although this was not the ideal situation for my car to be in (a hit and run), Michelle took such great care of me and my car. She would update me on a daily basis and it made me at ease. I have never had someone at an auto repair service shop ask me "what can I do to make this more convenient for you". I work for a company that treats are customers as guests and deliver excellent guest service. This is exactly what Michelle and Dave did for me at Service King. I will always recomend Service King for any repairs for friends and family in the area!!
