Great service. I’ve been treated well every time I’ve been there. Lexi is wonderful upfront. Very conscientious and keep me informed and is always timely in responding. Service is very quick, reasonable and dependable. The service man who looked at my car the last time was very informative and honest and came through on what he promised. Thank you very much. Outstanding customer service! I never had any type of an accident over 40 years of driving, I felt so confident that Crash Champions teams would fix and repair my 2026 back to the original shape! I couldn’t believe my eyes! Such an incredible service I felt like I just purchased my Bronco from the dealer! Extra touch the inside of my car very clean’! Very good, but I kept getting updates saying the car was on track to be completed on a specific date, and it was actually finished a few days earlier. I happened to be out of town at the time so it wasn’t convenient.

Everything about my experience was amazing. I thought i heard some noise while opening driver side door. But that went away and all else is very good. Could not believe it. It's a drive from home in Oak Lawn to Mokena but we'll worth it.
