Very good, but I kept getting updates saying the car was on track to be completed on a specific date, and it was actually finished a few days earlier. I happened to be out of town at the time so it wasn’t convenient.

Everything about my experience was amazing. They did a great job, dealt with my insurance company to make my life easier, was done on time, got me in quickly, communicated with me during the process, and even cleaned up my car for me before I picked up. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know :)

I thought i heard some noise while opening driver side door. But that went away and all else is very good. Could not believe it. It's a drive from home in Oak Lawn to Mokena but we'll worth it.

I am not only happy with the appearance of the repair but I was thrilled with the process, communication, and timeline. I had the misfortune to work with a different Crash Champion months ago and there is no comparison regarding professionalism and timelines. I had a very good experience with the Mokena Crash Champion from my first phone call to the moment I picked up the car.
