I expected that my car would have gotten complete workup. The fine scratches were left out.

The work on my car was done as expected great job, the service great, everyone was very polite.I had a rental car, when I dropped off my rental car it was not inspected the same way as when I picked it up, body or gas. I returned it just as it was given to me.I don't know what is routinely done that is why I am questioning this matter. Thank you
