I’ve had 2 occasions to have to have body work done on my Lincoln. Both times, I went to Crash Champions in Crest Hill and both times, Mike took very good care of me and my car! He has exemplary customer service skills, as does everyone I’ve met there. Their workmanship is second to none! I couldn’t be happier with Mike and his Team at Crash Champions and you will be too!

Mike and his Team at Crash Champions are bar-none the best in the business. Their customer service is top notch and their craftsmanship is exemplary! I’ve had to have work done on my Lincoln twice now due to parking lot adventures, and each time, my Lincoln comes back to me better than new!! If you have to have body work done on your vehicle, this is the place you want to come. Just ask for Mike and you will be well taken care of.

I missed a call from you and i called back n left a message about my car to see what they were to say about my car and left a vm, but nobody called me back. I followed up again n talk to someone who was to give a message to my rep, but no call back until they called to tell me my car was done.

Mr Mike Crimmins was an excellent communicator and took great care of my BMW M4. The paint job on my passenger side door was flawless. It’s like the deep scratches never even happened. The hospitality was also great and I love the sense of humor everyone had while taking care of my vehicle. I will definitely be back if I ever need anymore body work on my car.
