The lady at tge front desk was rather harsh and unfriendly when dropping the car off, she was much more customer service friendly when I picked it up. The Service rep on upon drop up was not friendly either, just matter of fact. No smile greeting or Anthony..maybe that the culture of that location, stoic and unfriendly..

Overall, the repair experience was good and the vehicle was completed earlier than expected. However, there is room for improvement in customer communication, advance notice for pickup, and final vehicle cleaning. I would recommend Crash Champions, but with some reservations based on these service issues.

The repair quality was very good, and I appreciate that the vehicle was completed ahead of schedule. However, I was only notified around 4:00 PM that the vehicle was ready for pickup that same day. I was already at work and could not reasonably pick it up on such short notice. The rental company then contacted me to return the rental vehicle, which created unnecessary inconvenience and pressure. Better coordination and reasonable advance notice regarding completion and rental return would have made the experience much better.

The overall service was satisfactory, but my initial interaction at the front desk was uncomfortable. The representative spoke in a very dominant and questioning manner and did not initially give me enough opportunity to explain my situation. After I mentioned that I own an insurance agency and understand how the process works, the conversation became much more professional and relaxed. I believe customers should receive that same respectful and patient communication regardless of their knowledge or background.
