I was fortunate enough to be taken care of by the sweet lady at the desk who I first encountered when bringing my vehicle to be repaired. I distinctly told her when I picked it back up that I was highly impressed by the way she handled that “command center”. She was excellent!

This car is not just a Kia Stinger to me. I saved up and paid cash for this car. I was upset when it got damaged but Diane quickly put me at ease. She had Glenn show me how they were gonna do the repair and they both took care of everything perfectly and went above and beyond even waiting for me to get there to pick up my car, so make sure I was happy with it. And it looks beautiful. I think it looks better than it did when I dropped it off. One last thing when Glenn and I looked at the car and the damage I waited to see what he was gonna see as damage because I knew there was a little spot that only just barely touched the driver side fender before I said anything he’d already circled it and I knew right then it was gonna be OK so thank you especially to Diane and Glenn. They were awesome.

Diane and Glen were great to work with. I was apprehensive going into this, but Diane explained how everything worked on the insurance side and Glen put my mind at ease when he showed me how my car would be repaired. This car is more than just a car to me and when it was damaged I freaked out. I couldn’t be happier with the repair. My car looked better than when I bought it originally. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process and of course the end product I would highly recommend Crash Champions
