Office staff was very friendly and helpful. I received updates atleast 3 times a week if not more and my car was finished on time. My car looks amazing and I am extremely happy with the repairs and the entire experience.

Very professional and quality work. Keep in mind, I had never heard of Crash Champions before. I chose Crash Champions because Allstate recommended them as one of the vendors who could service my vehicle. I chose them for the location -- thought it was not necessarily near my home, but the most convenient for me. I'm glad I decided on Crash Champions and look forward to recommending them.

Diane was wonderful handling my scheduling and rescheduling due to the weather. Thank you, Diane. Glen was great too. He is very pleasant and professional. The text updates were plentiful; almost too plentiful in my opinion. I am not complaining because communication is key, and I appreciate that. However, there were almost too many texts. Again, some appreciate that amount of communication; therefore, this is not a complaint, but an opinion.

I've used Crash Champions a few times to have my vehicle fixed. I promise you people can't drive. Then there's me the innocent angel driver 😇 Anywho, everytime I've used their services I was pleased. I can't remember the ladies name at the front desk I believe its Diane, she a real peach! Shes always friendly and direct and I enjoy speaking with her everytime I visit!
