Shady business practices. When it comes to vehicles, dishonesty is a deal breaker. Initially I told friends and coworkers how impressed I was. Later I made certain they knew not to take their cars there and why. Hope the extra money in your pocket is worth the word of mouth bad publicity.

Repair Quality

Very deceitful in repairs made and what the estimate called for. My estimate included a headlight replacement, tire and wheel replacement. None of those items were replaced, but none were deducted from the final bill. If you’re going to deviate from the estimate and scope of work, include me in those decisions, and the final bill should reflect those changes. Initially I was impressed with your communications and speed, but now I’m pretty disappointed and will tell others to take their vehicles elsewhere. The dishonesty is a deal breaker for me.
