Between USAA and Crash Champs the experience was fantastic, never put on hold, drop-off in less than 24 hours from accident time, car repaired and ready for pickup 2 days early. Unheard of great through whole process.

At first was not satisfied but was able to take it back and Justin did a great job helping. The hood was un-even with the gaps and the hood didn’t make a pop noise he adjusted the hood bump stops which brought back the pop and even out the gaps. I was concerned about alignment but he assured me if I’m not satisfied to bring it back because it is covered by a lifetime warranty which I found to be awesome.

Service was exceedingly fast and straightforward. Quality of the work also seems exceptional. My vehicle was ready almost 3 weeks ahead of the first projected schedule. When I arrive to pick up the vehicle there was a small wait, but was given a top off of my gas tank as a appreciation. I don't plan on being in another accident, But if it is to happen this is a great collision shop to get it fixed up at.
