The car got delivered after 2 months with several issues where the car sensors are malfunctioning. I have escalated the matter to BMW as well. I would not recommend this shop next time

My car was left outside at Crash Champions during a terrible storm with hail. NO ONE told me of the damage the day of or any days after--including today when I came to get my car. It had recently stopped lightly raining when we came to pick up the car. Once it dried off in our garage, we saw the hail damage and drove back to talk with Simon, our service advisor. Simon admitted that he knew of the hail damage and that I'd need to contact my insurance company. I questioned why I wasn't told. Simon replied that his boss told him that he needed to call the customers with cars damaged but didn't call me. He said he was too busy with other customers. How can a service advisor avoid calling to let me know about hail damage and/or not tell me in person when I came to pick it up? What kind of a place tries to avoid telling a customer about damage? For goodness sakes, did Crash Champions employees figure I wouldn't notice or were they hoping the light rain we had today would turn into another storm in order to cover their rear ends? Keep in mind that I dropped off my car on Monday 7/20/26 and by Thursday (7/24/26) was told they hoped the car would be done by the weekend, then it was changed to Monday (7/27/26), then Wednesday (7/29/26), but then I received a call telling me that the paint job done to my car had a paint run and would have to be redone. This meant I wasn't able to get my car until today (7/31/26). I was patient because I thought the employees were trying to do a great job. Now I'm left to believe that they were stalling. Crash Champions needs to make this right--especially since I just paid over $1,500 to get minor damaged fixed and now have extensive damage no one bothered to tell me about.

While repairs took longer than anticipated, the staff was very professional, explained in detail how repairs would be done, and worked with BMW to use paint and parts with BMW quality standards.

The shop staff was very professional, explained everything that was done with my SUV, worked well with the insurance company, and returned my SUV exactly the way it looked and functioned prior to the crash. Repair took a little longer than anticipated waiting for parts, but the results were great. I highly recommend this location.
