I would come back and would also refer, but communication could improve. A car is most any persons livelyhood and it cost money to have it fixed, car rental etc. Knowing what is going on with the repair really helps alleviate some of the stress that goes along with being without a car.

I appreciated the multiple updates in the beginning, but then the communication and updates lessened around the time my car was near complete. The day it was estimated to be completed, I didn't hear anything until I called at 3pm. At that time I was told it would be ready the following day.

Crash Champion held my car for 29 days before it was even looked at. My experience was extremely poor. No one reached out to me in regards to my car situation. They gave me the run around, kept telling me , someone would call me back, they never called. I had to call several times to ask what the status was. And finally , when it was time to return my rental, Crash Champions finally looked at my car. They picked up my car 11-3 and and didn’t examine it until 11/29. I will not recommend them to anybody.
