I was not happy with how my car was presented back to me after the said repairs were done. Pieces were out of place, the car wouldn’t drive straight after the mechanic supposedly did an alignment. It was very frustrating to be given my car back that way and had to then keep it there to get things fixed properly. After that a piece still isn’t put on properly and will need to come back again.

Kristal and Simon were great to work with as well as the rest of the team. They did a great job with our vehicle and were professional and keeped us informed along the way. There was a small issue when we picked it up but they took it back to take care of it right away. This is how all companies should be. it was a pleasure working with them and we would recommend them to any of our collegues.

They did a beautiful job and we were pleased with the contact we had; however, it took longer than we anticipated and the computer generated text time line was not necessary as we were able to talk directly to the mechanic when we called. I would recommend them, but advise that it may take two weeks to complete the job.

A beautiful job! My car looks like new; however, we didn’t think it would take so long. We appreciated that we could talk directly to the technician when we called and really didn’t like the computer generated text messages projecting a future date that the work could be completed.
