After 22 days of having my vehicle at the shop the car was delivered clearly showing the front bumper was not clipped into the fender. Molding around the windshield was cut to fit? There is noticeable wind noise due to the improper installation of the windshield molding.

I believe Brandon did the best job he could with having to deal with Geico. There was a lot of back and forth in regards to parts and what Geico was willing to approve vs what was the actual replacement parts were needed.

The body work and the level of customer service I received were excellent. The only reason I’m not icing a 10 is because I have to come back in for my tire sensor and tow hitch for my number. Over all I’m pleased. And will refer friends and family.

I was hit by a blue pickup truck, and my car is all white, so you can imagine how bad it looked. When I got my car back, there wasn’t a single dent or scratch nothing that reminded me of the accident at all. It even drove like nothing had ever happened. I’m truly grateful for how the repairs turned out. I was so excited to show my family and friends the before-and-after pictures, and they couldn’t believe the difference

I greatly appreciate the team at Crash Champions Mokena. My car was in a wreck right before Christmas, so I expected the repairs to take a long time. Surprisingly, it didn’t take as long as I thought, and I really appreciated being kept updated throughout the entire process. There was a small delay with the exact pickup date, but when I spoke with the shop they explained that although my car was completed, there was one part they weren’t fully satisfied with and wanted to make sure everything met their standards and was safe for me to drive. I was truly grateful for that. Of course, I want my car to look great, but most importantly I want it to be safe for myself and others on the road. I really appreciated them taking the extra time to go above and beyond. Because the pickup date was pushed back, I wasn’t able to pick up my car the day repairs were completed. I work 12-hour shifts as a nurse, which makes scheduling difficult. I communicated this to Marco, who worked on my car, and he was kind enough to help arrange pickup for my next day off. I truly appreciated that, especially since I also needed to return my rental and couldn’t afford another unexpected fee. Overall, I’m very grateful to everyone who worked on my car especially Simone and Marco, for being so professional and thorough. Thank you all for taking such great care of my car and ensuring its safety. You are truly appreciated.
