I appreciate being notified and updated about the repair even with the mishap of the part arriving late. You made sure the work was done by the time my rental car had to be returned. You also took care of a repair that the insurance company did not include in the damage costs. I appreciate all of the workers who assisted in the repair process and will recommend your services for collision repairs.

While we ran into a slight inconvenience with a late part Crash Champions made sure to have the work completed before my rental had to be returned. They also kept me informed about the repair updates. They even took care of an issue with damage not covered by my insurance company. I would definitely keep them in mind for any collision repairs and inform others of their services. I am pleased with the repair to my doors.

Customer service was great! Everyone I spoke with was pleasant & provided info. Issue was time frame for work completion. Repair quality was good, although I notice a difference in replacement sunroof. Quality is lower than previously had & noticeable. Some noise issues as well when using sunroof
