Wonderful experience. Sandra at the S. Euclid location was on top of her job duties. She let me know what to expect and kept me updated and gave me options for rental cars. Kimmie in Bainbridge was also readily available for all of my questions. Getting the call that the car was ready for pick up was like Christmas all over again. I was so giddy. These two ladies, Sandra and Kimmie, deserve company kudos! Very professional, knowledgeable and available. Also I want to send a shot out to the repair crew.

The crash damage was repaired in a quality manner. On top of the excellent work, the communication was top notch and the repairs were done on time. The van was washed and the interior appeared to have been dusted and vacuumed.
