I am satisfied with everything involving repairing the damaged section of my car. Everything looks beautiful in that regard. There is one scratch on mu driver side door that I do not recall being there prior to dropping off my car.

The repairs directly related to the damaged area of my car was beautifully done. My concern comes to the scratch on my drivers side door and the fact that my check engine light turned on when I turned my car on after receiving my car back.

Honesty and Integrity. Experience and knowledge. A 10 year old blue "farm/work" truck needing a single panel paint job. They were concerned with not being able to blend the other panels. I gave them the thumbs up to proceed anyway and their painter came through, it looks absolutely phenomenal! Good job team!

Friendly efficient staff. They kept me up to date on repairs, they met the first completion date given, in fact it was ready one day earlier than expected, a member went over the repairs with us and explained exactly what was done.

The car was not ready on time. Ethan was terrific getting our car easy for our vacation. Ethan was great. But the delay should never have happened. The work on the car looks great although we have not had a chance yet to see it up close and in daylight

Amanda is incredibly professional and kind. However, Marcus, is unprofessional and rather rude. They had my car for over a month and I called for one singular update. Marcus provided me with no update, but did let me know that he sends his updates on Thursday. I called on a Wednesday, and did not receive a single update the rest of the time they had my vehicle (Approximately three weeks after I called for said update, so three Thursdays went without an update). When we picked up the car after being repaired, we found a terrible nick in the paint that was 'fixed' as well as the bumper was not replaced correctly. My boyfriend, who is a mechanic, can fix the bumper, and will, since whoever completed the work simply put it on incorrectly. The paint will not be able to be fixed. I would not recommend this facility to get your vehicle repaired. They will give it back with problems, and I have zero interest in being without a car for however long it would take them to fix the multiple errors made during repair.
