I just would not recommend the crash champions in Brunswick, ohio. I have done business with the one in strongsville, Ohio and was completely satisfied.

Communication was the biggest issue during my experience. I was often told updates would come “the next day,” and that kept getting pushed out multiple times. If there had been clearer and more proactive communication about timelines, I would have felt much better about the overall process. Communication really matters to customers, and that’s where my experience fell short.
