This is the second time I’ve had my SUV in to Crash Champions in Hilliard and they’ve done an excellent job on the repairs. I appreciate the weekly updates and clear communication. Two other family members have had their vehicles in to this same shop and they’ve also been super happy with the repairs and service. It’s nice to not have to worry about my vehicle after it’s dropped off.

They did a great job on the repairs. Unfortunately, they put a bunch of scratches on the hood. The scratches were buffed but they are still visible. I'm very unhappy about that. I was told your company was one of the best.
