The Crash Champions team was extremely helpful. They clearly communicated timelines/expectations and demonstrated magnificent professionalism when things did not go as planned. I’d like to specifically call out both Beth and Evan as they served as my primary point of contact throughout this process. Beth demonstrated exceptional customer service and attention to detail while assisting me through the tumultuous process of connecting my insurance with the service team. After Beth guided me through this process, I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with the Crash Champions team and confident that repairs would be handled well. Evan assisted with guiding this process from start to finish once work was set to begin. He did a great job of reaching out and clearly communicating where the team was at in the repair timeline. He was able to quickly and concisely answer my questions or concerns I had at all stages in repairs and when things did not necessarily go as planned, he was able to rise to the occasion and ensure that repairs were still able to be completed in a timely manner. While I hope that I do not need to make another visit to Crash Champions on West Broad in the near future, I will definitely be recommending them as this seems to be a team with a true focus on quality and professional work.

I had two other vehicles that were hit the same time mine was they were supposed to go to you guys one at a time so we still had a vehicle to use but they're going somewhere else we can't risk having a vehicle be down for an extra half month charging us an extra $500 in rental fees

It is a little soon to tell if there will be any paint issues. The back quarter panel that was replaced sticks out slightly instead of laying flush and there was moisture in my light that was replaced so I’m hoping that won’t be an issue. Hopefully it is sealed properly.
