I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions. Everything from quotation to completed repair was seamless. Everybody I dealt with was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. Angie was very prompt with the estimate and was very clear with explaining every detail. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and the expectations set were definitely exceeded. The only issue I had is that when I went to pick up my car on Saturday morning it wasn't outside it wasn't in the garage but it was behind a closed gate so it was not ready when I came and I was on a tight schedule

I didn't get a call that my car was ready. I had to call shop because I got a text that my car had been delivered to the Eastside location from West side location. Then when I went to pick up car it was behind a locked gate instead of being in garage or out front. Young lady at shop was professional but these things did irritate me.
