I was extremely impressed with Paul and everyone I dealt with a crash champions, but especially paul. I find them to be extremely polite, friendly, courteous, and informative. My only reason for a nine and 10 is having run car dealerships for 25 years, including body shops I was hoping the valley would’ve been a little better as the windscreen was very dirty, with residue and one of my screen washer tubes clips had come away. But again the overall experience was excellent.
