Door catches/doesn’t latch correctly when soft close. Also seems like there is a small gap by the window because while driving on highway, theirs is the sound of wind blowing like the window is cracked open, despite everything being closed. Seems like quality control was lacking

Absolutely a great experience, the whole team was wonderful. Paul and his team did a great job repairing my vehicle. Answered all my questions. Everything was transparent I was always updated on everything on my vehicle through the whole repair. I am very thankful for all the hard work they did.
