Corrected typos...please delete precious ones. This company and the team that runs it is amazing. I can't begin because there are too many great things to list. They are responsive, friendly, communicative, respectful, detailed, caring, professional, etc etc. Our service manager Felix is truly a great representative of the company! He was willing to listen to our concerns and always provided us with accurate feedback and detail of the step-by-step process. They are all so friendly and so welcoming. The entire process was nothing but sheer delight! From the front desk to the mechanics to the managers in between I can't say enough of good things about this amazing crew. Whomever has hired this team should receive a trophy. It's hard to find dedicated and loyal folks that look like they are passionate and excited to come to work and deal with the public. Getting into an accident was not a happy situation and can be very stressful but dealing with the welcoming team from beginning to end Made the whole process so much easier. I wish I could give this company 50 stars. I will always share my experience with the world and will always recommend this company hands down unequivocally with eyes closed.

From the beginning to the end the entire process was amazing! The team and the ladies in the front counter made it very easy to go through the process. I would definitely recommend this company over and over again. I can't speak more highly of them. If there was a hundred Stars I would have given it to them.

Initial concern for this repair was the windshield might need to be removed to complete this repair and this would extend the amount of time to do this work significantly. They were able to do the repair w/o having to remove the windshield, thus completing the job several days sooner. They also did additional work I paid for out of pocket that were not part of the insurance claim, greatly reducing the total time needed for all this work.

Now that Crash Champions has purchased this location, I’m happy to know they are still providing the same great customer service and high-quality work. For the insurance claim portion of this repair, they were able to fix the damage w/o removing my windshield or impacting the camera and sensors, which greatly reduced the amount of time to do this job. They also fixed the dent in the hood. For the portion I paid for directly, the fixed all the paint chips on the front of the hood. While inspecting their work, we discussed options I could take to remove some white road-line paint that was in the front, driver side wheel well when I bought this car. Paul had one of his guys look at this and found a way to remove it quickly. They went above and beyond to make this look good. My car looks like new.

They did a great job, likely well above average. That said, they also charged well above average, about 3X. So although they did a great job, it fell short of my high expectations. Both paint colors have a bit of orange peel/dry spray. The wheels have minor streaks, possibly from whatever they used to clean them.
