Staff were friendly and answered questions but I felt like they could have been better at letting me know the progress of the repairs. I also did not receive call backs when I left a message.

Thank You Sal, Renee and Jose for returning my 2025 Camry to showroom condition. The dent in the roof, the scratches to both the roof and the back window are gone and no one would know the car had been damaged when the garage spring suddenly snapped. I never thought I would need bodywork on a car less than 2 years old and was concerned how could anyone return her to “new car” condition but Crash Champions did. They made the process painless treating the client and car like an old friend. My car looks like it was never damaged and they were great in providing updates throughout the process. This was my experience and I would definitely recommend them as I could not have found a more professional, caring and competent team.

I would definitely recommend Crash Champions as Sal, Renee, and Jose are great. Sal contacted me when he saw something else needed to be repaired. I appreciate his attention to detail as I had missed it. Renee was great in completing the paperwork and making sure I had all the information I needed and Jose made my Camry look like brand new again.
