Thanks so much. The entire team was really excellent with service. I especially appreciate the guy who worked on my car (I didn't catch his name -- he's at the 10th street Oakland venue), he was super friendly and went the extra mile. I appreciate that he did an awesome job washing and vacuuming my car, which I was not expecting. I like that your office staff was great with communication over text message; it made things feel easy. Overall, high five to everyone on your team.

René and the gm were amazing considering the circumstances they were very helpful and communication was on point every step of the way and made this hard time of having been in an accident better this is now my second time working with them and I will Continue to come back as they’re the best in the game and highly recommend them to anyone who’s car needs fixing Thank you guys so much!

From start to finish, it was an excellent process. Highly communicative, kept me abreast of situation along the way, very polite. From the office manager to the head of the body shop, Vu, they were amazing. Vu in particular if one of the most polite people I've met in any service industry. The only one thing that would hold me back from giving this a 10 is that one of the pieces put on my car appears to be slightly different in color in the rest. It would absolutely be a 10. I wonder whether it's just the fading of the other parts and this part being brand new, but only time will

Dropped my vehicle off with ease. They explained the process with me and what I should expect in regards to a time-line that my vehicle would be done. My vehicle was done a day earlier for pickup. The work looked really good. By far a great experience.
