I’m beyond satisfied with my experience at Crash Champions and its staff. From the moment, I made a phone call to bringing it in for repair and so on, every single body in that building made sure to greet me with respect and assure me that my vehicle was in great hands. Mr. Vu Ly did an exceptional job on walking me through the whole entire process on getting my vehicle repaired. Any stress or worry I had went out the window once I stepped into his office. It is by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve lived in my 29 years of life. He answered all my questions and gave me honest answers. Also, updated me with the progress and treated me with utmost respect. Overall, I’m glad I met Mr.Vu Ly and the rest of his amazing staff. Thank you!

Tire pressure gauge was mentioned during initial assessment, it was checked unofficially. The light was right back on less than a day of pickup. Aesthetically the replaced bumper looks great!

Initial process of scheduling was a nightmare and took weeks to get in place, fix time was fast. Office person said they’d call me back multiple times and never did. I had to always be the one to initiate follow up
