Every Team Member from Renee to the GM to the technicians I spoke with at 110 10th st Location in Oakland were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was informed and kept up to date on where my car was at each step and if my there would be any modifications to the completion date. When picked up the car I was extremely impressed as I could not see any traces of damage from the incident. Should I need any work in the future I’d take my car to the folks at the 110 10th Oakland, Ca location. I’d also recommend my friends , family and colleagues to do the same.
