The quality of the repair was good but it took very long. You had my car for more than a month while the labor accounted was less than a week. Also, my car was pretty dusty inside when I took it

Quality of work was great. Noticed one small item was missing but have no interest in going back and dealing with the location again. Would rather pay out of pocket than deal with them again.

Had to call multiple times to get updates, was given 3 different delivery dates, all missed. No proactive communication when dates missed. Placed multiple calls and left a couple voicemails with no calls back. Had to show up in person to get an answer. When I picked up my car the receptionist basically hand me my keys and paper work and said that’s it. No one walked me through repairs, took me out to walk me around the vehicle or anything.

Was told that if I dropped the car off, that the repairs would be done and ready for pick up when we returned from vacation. We were out of the country for 14 days and when we returned the car wasn’t ready. It took more than a month and a half after we returned from vacation before the car was ready. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement to how I truly felt.
