From my initial phone inquiry I received nothing but the best customer service. Roberto provided wrap the morning of my first phone inquiry as my tailgate window was shattered. I was quickly scheduled and Roberto kept me informed on all steps and processes that began before my car was at the shop. He was transparent and up front about timing for scheduling from day one. No surprises along the way. The couple calls I made, Roberto was always informative and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner. I picked my car up today and I couldn’t be more pleased! I would highly recommend Roberto and Crash Collision to anyone.

The location staff is awesome. Super friendly and helpful and the initial person that wrote the quote was great at explaining what he was seeing damaged and explained that there could be more once they took the vehicle apart. They kept me informed the entire time.
