Extremely disappointing experience with Crash Champions. Crash Champions repaired my vehicle, but their lack of communication regarding a hole in the frame is completely unacceptable. A structural issue like this is not something a customer should have to discover or chase down after the vehicle has already been returned.

If I could break this up for the front desk staff and everyone else, including the store manager I would. I give the front desk a 10 but everyone else a 1. I was very disappointed with communication and responses.

GREAT customer service. Communication was at the level I was comfortable with- progress updates etc. Work was phenomenal- looked brand new. Super impressed with the attention to the mechanical issues and referral to someone they had already contacted. Price was less than expected. I highly recommend and have already referrred someone to you!

everyone was very nice and the service man pointed out everything that was done to my car. he also gave me instructions on how to care for my car after the repair. I was really impressed that the car was cleaned inside and out. It looked like new. thank you so much for a job well done.
