Needed a bit more communication between corporate and the actual shop itself.I was told by corporate to bring the car in on Monday to have estimates done then I was to schedule to have repairs done. When I arrived at the shop I was told to come back next day before decisions could be made. After that, everything went smoothly. The service was excellent.The car repair was exceptional and the staff was very efficient in handling negotiations with insurance company.

Nate and his team are awesome! I was really worried that with my car being so old it would be hard to find the parts and could go over the total limit. Nate took the time and care to address my needs and that of the car. It may be 16 years old and over 200,000 miles, but Iâll keep driving it until it no longer runs! Nate and his team made it look new again and I canât thank them enough.
