No one who needs their car should use this shop. If it’s an optional repair then go for it, the work is excellent.

The repair work is fine, they do good work but they will not get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner and when you call they won’t return your calls. They give you an estimated return date that falls in line with your insurance companies rental car policy and then keep your car for weeks beyond. I’m out almost $500 in rental car fees. Car looks great, but just know they can’t deliver when promised. I was not paying attention when State Farm sent me to this place, I’ve run into the same issue with them a few years ago and would not have used them if I had known.

My car repairs went very smoothly; they were done more quickly than anticipated and the car looks like new. Communication from Fix Auto was really good throughout the process. They really made what could have been a frustrating process very easy from my perspective. I would highly recommend Fix Auto!

Satisfied with body work, the protection material put on edge of door to keep from chipping was not put on very carefully, it has gaps and ill fitting in a few places. I'm hoping the dirt and grime through time doesn't look too shabby.
