Facility and owner are very organized. The process was too. The owner was very interesting and enjoyable to talk with. He seemed forthcoming and generous...answering my numerous questions and providing interesting and useful info. His initial assessment of the damage was impressive - he quickly spotted all of the issues, including one another shop missed. Resulting work was very good. Only reasons for 9/10 were 1) my wife and I thought there was more fuel gone after getting the car back than we expected. It's possibly we both misremembering how much was in the car. 2) The alignment results seemed unbelievable to me in that they were completely symmetrical for both sides and all well within the green and close to perfect - which I've never seen in 35+ years of having these checks; leading me to wonder if the shop he took it too actually measured the alignment or manufactured the data. Because the car did and still drives fine, I will check for unusual tire ware at the next rotation. I hope it was real data. Given his experience in the industry, I was hoping afterwards that the owner would have wondered or questioned the results as he appeared to be looking at them for the first time. He correctly (from what I know) reported they were unusual in how good one particular result was, but he didn't openly question the validity. It's certainly possibly both concerns are meritless, in which case I would give 10/10

Fix Auto Interbay did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was completely restored, they returned it back like it was brand spanking new. Cleaned inside and out. I would highly recommend!

Damage to right rear of vehicle. The shop came highly recommended and so that’s where I dropped my car off. Took two weeks to repair. Paint is perfect. Car runs great. You wouldn’t know that it was in an accident. Charles kept me informed on the vehicle status throughout the process. Picked up the car and it was washed and vacuumed. The shop and shop owner are easy to deal with.
