was supposed to be ready Thursday afternoon. Scheduled pick up Friday morning. Car still had not been cleaned, had blue marks needing to be polished out. Had to wait an hour on Friday morning when it was supposed to be waiting for me on Thursday at 5pm

The communication prior to getting our car into the shop was not always the best. I made an appointment to bring it in to be inspected for the insurance company only to arrive on time and then be told they did not have space. They said they called us, but neither my wife nor I had received a call. Scheduling the repairs also took two attempts as your staff offered a date and time over email, which I agreed to but then never got confirmation. Once the car was in the shop, the customer service and communication improved.
