The condition of the car and the damaged caused by the accident was explained to me clearly when I visited the shop. There were no surprises everything was communicated to me in a timely manner(I.e ordering the parts, when to bring the car in etc) Very sutisfied experience

I received text messages throughout the repair period on my car. It always said, everything is fine and we're on schedule up until the day it was due. Then I had to call to hear it was delayed another day, which they didn't tell me until nearly the end of the business day. Then, my husband tells me the price was an additional $600 than we were originally quoted. My insurance covered it, but I was still not informed in advance. Also, when I got my car back, my work parking sticker was no longer on the inside of my windshield, causing me additional expense to replace.
