This repair has been contacted since last year, but it took a whole year, and it took a month in April, but it still could not be fully repaired. After picking up the car, it was found that the problem still existed.

Only negative was how long it took between estimate and starting repair. I know there’s not much you can do about that, but it was frustrating to have to drive a damaged car for that long.

The car looks like new

There was a dent left at the end of the repairs, we were told it was there because it was from a previews incident. I would wanted to be notified to add the repairs even if insurance didn't cover it.

Please fix your automatic text updates.I have received inaccurate updates for my repairs during and even after the work.

Customer Service

I’m not sure why you would email someone at 2:30pm that their car is ready and needs to be picked up by 4pm. A call seems more appropriate

The repair was done well and updates on progress easy to obtain.

My Experience

Poor communication. Repairs on estimate not completed. Weeks over time. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Will not recommend. Will let others know to avoid.

The people at the shop were friendly and the car looks great but there was definitely a lot of uncertainty about when I could expect the vehicle back

Don’t give me communication tools to use if you don’t use them yourself.

I got my car repaired at the suggested shop Travelers sent me to. It took about 3 months to get my car in, my accident was in late December and finally got to the shop in early March. When I got to the repair shop, they didn’t have a rental for me because my agent Heather Dray ([email protected]) never sent my rental car request. So I had to Uber back to my job. I then had to call enterprise to get them to find a rental for me that was abailable that day. Then I had to Uber AGAIN to an Enterprise location further from home that had a rental available that day. The shop sent me 2 ways to keep up to date on my repair progress, one in Text form and the other in a “Portal” where the mechanic can update his progress live. Well, the latter never progessed passed “Recieved” and the text updates gave me multiple updates and a pickup date. The text had a link to the portal but they never matched what each other was saying. So I email the shop on the pickup date the text updates sent and ask what the status of my repair is and guess what? it’s not done! They’re waiting on a part on backorder but the text system that said they would update me on any delays is automated and I shouldn’t listen to it. The portal is also not used so don’t listen to that either. They then tell me they will email me when it is actually done. We’ll, the shops text updates said my car is ready and because of that my insurance closed the claim and the rental company now thinks I’m holding the rental car longer than the repair was needed so they want to CHARGE ME FOR EXTRA DAYS OF USE. I call everyone, insurance, repair shop, and renal company, cause that’s my job now. Insurance doesn’t answer, neither Heather nor her Supervisor. Enterprise tells me to talk to insurance, and the shop updates their status to hopefully update the rental company. Well the next day I wait till noon and I still haven’t heard from my insurance company. I call and enterprise said they still didn’t get an extension. I then call the repair shop and tell them to contact my insurance and enterprise (all while working my own job mind you.) Eventually enterprise extends my rental till Monday but it’s Friday at 1:30 and they said I can pick my car up today (closing at 4:30) or wait till Monday as they are closed all weekend. This is without the part on backorder mind you. I had to leave my job early to get to the shop on time to get my car, that has to come back to get one more part placed on it. Then the repair took about 3.5 weeks overall. When I get in my car I notice the TPM is reading “Malfunction” and I’ve never seen that before, it was functioning before the repair so I'm guessing the shop made a mistake some where. So I’ll have to go back and get it fixed again at some point.

Customer Service

Travelers all but ignored me when I needed them most.

My Experience

My only road bump ( which I’ve shared) was not getting a”ready day” a few days in, and not getting a promised call back for a few days. Irritating because I was trying to determine whether I was going to get a rental, which I didn’t. Fortunately, other things worked out, and communication improved. Thank you. (Call and say “we don’t know, or we’ll get back to you”. Something. Do not leave the client hanging/wondering!)

There was an initial lack of communication and subsequent fumbling of returning a call to me over a couple day period. This impacted me from getting a rental to cover not having my car for two weeks. I cancelled the rental because it was not clear to me how long I would be without my car.

Customer Service

That initial issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
