I'm happy with the repair work on my car, and I'm disappointed about the marks that our on my car that weren't there before I brought it to you. So as an auto fix establishment I would take better care of storing or working on the vehicles.

There were parts related delays with my service. My understanding was that my service wasn’t scheduled until the parts were already received, so this was confusing. Additionally, communication got harder when there were delays. There is no point to an automated text update service if it only tells you when things are going as expected and stops giving you updates when there are delays. Both Luisa and Andrew were kind and professional.
