I could never recommend G & C to a friend or family member based on this experience. It is disappointing to me because the same location repaired this car once before and did a great job. Tara was the representative then and she went out of her way to be sure everything was correct. This experience was 180 degrees in the opposite direction.

The car has been into the shop twice and is still not right. After the initial visit, the car's rear bumper was not completely painted and was not installed correctly. After the second visit, the paint was ok but the bumper is still not installed correctly. The lack of quality control is extremely disappointing.

Lori's attitude is indifferent at best to the customer. When I picked the car up the first time, there was a guarantee signed by Lori that she'd inspected the car and it was finished properly. She didn't mention the detailing rag left in the back seat or the bag of plastic gloves left in the back of the car. Not the quality of service expected from a partner of USAA.

Was called to pick up car at 5pm; car wasn't ready until 5:35pm. Arrived home to discover that one headlight and parking light had not been connected after repair. Had to return to get corrected.
